Do you feel the same?

Do you feel something is eating its way out from your inside?  It is gnawing at you, deep inside and just does not want to go away?  Do you feel that you have no more control about what you do and that everyone is against you and that the world just does not make any sense any longer?

Every day you fall into another hole and you just do not want to crawl out ever again.

Fear and desperation are in complete charge of you.

Forget that crap, forget the people that keep telling you over and over again that you only make mistakes!

Become your own friend, even if you still hate yourself at the moment. Because if you don’t, you will not make it in this cold, dark world. Get warmer by starting to think about what you need. Believe me, not everyone, and especially not everyone in your family, deserves your love and affection.

When they have hurt you once again, turn away and leave.  Seek out special people who support you. Then you have found the right place for you.

For everyone who feels like I do!

With us you can find the necessary peace to think things over. And we protect you against threats and persecution.

We are an anonymous crisis shelter for girls of non-German background who have fled their families. All the girls who want to come to us are individuals and they all have their very own reasons for leaving their homes.

In order to ensure that you are safe, we keep our address and telephone number secret.

You can live with us for up to two months, in some cases even for longer.

“I would like to thank you for taking me in and giving me a home. You were there for me during the worst time of my life, now I have to stand on my own two feet.”
Mehtap, 17 years
